Michelle’s Story

I’m Michelle Griffith, owner of Mane Rise Coaching, in Lebanon, Ohio.

For most of my life, I was an overachiever with warrior-like pursuit skills.

I was searching for the ultimate secret solution that would make me the BEST. No matter what I achieved, there was always a little voice inside me that told me it was never enough.

Is this sounding familiar?

I chased through certifications and degrees, and through 3 careers. I drove myself to do more, be more, and finally gain control. I was giving all that I had, but I was never satisfied, and I was in a constant state of anx-irrita-whelm (anxious, irritable, and overwhelmed). My relationships and self-care suffered, and I was quick to place blame whenever things didn’t go my way.

The Healing Grace of Horses

I have always had a connection with horses. When I stumbled upon the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method, I found yet another educational process that I believed would make me feel qualified. What I didn’t know is the EGCMethod training would bring my head and my heart together and allow me to feel satisfied. Working with horses brought me to the path of balance and authenticity that was actually what I had been missing all along.

Reconnect with Yourself

If you are stuck in a rut or trapped in anx-irrita-whelm, then let me be your Action Advocate. Together, in partnership with my team of horses, I will guide you to shift your focus from your head to your heart, claim your balance. Move away from stress and toward a life of possibility. Get clear on your vision, set boundaries and make self care a priority. You can do it and I am here to support your process!
